Two deaf suspects arrested for gas station robbery

Community members will have an opportunity to ask questions.

Community members will have an opportunity to share their thoughts of what an ideal apartment for the deaf/hard of hearing would look like.

We’re thrilled to announce another sign-language-interpreted Service on the
Second Day of Shavuot, when we celebrate G-d giving us the Torah, and hope
that you can join us!

WHAT: A Service with full readings from the Torah, Haftorah (Prophets), and
the Book of Ruth…not to mention a special Yizkor (Memorial) Service, too, to
remember those loved ones who’d passed away
WHEN: 10:00 AM — 12:30 PM on Monday, May 28th (Memorial Day, by
coincidence…)
WHERE: Town & Village (T&V) Synagogue (www.tandv.org), 334 East 14th Street,
between 1st and 2nd Avenues in Manhattan
WHO: Naomi Brunnlehrman will be one of our interpreters (supported by the
UJA-Federation of New York’s Jewish Community Deaf Interpreter Fund)

A Kiddush (refreshments and social hour) will follow Services, where all will
be welcome to participate!

(Please note: Out of respect for a holiday like Shavuot, pen, paper and
electronic devices cannot be used at T&V on that morning.)
