You may download and use the free Sprint Mobile VRS app on the following devices – HTC EVO™ 4G, Samsung Epic™ 4G, and Samsung Galaxy Tab™ to connect with qualified video interpreters (VI) to place your Mobile VRS calls virtually anywhere and anytime on a 4G or WiFi connection.

Download the Sprint Mobile VRS App

• Tap the Market icon on your Sprint device.

• Tap the Sprint black phone receiver icon.

• Slide your fingertip upward until you see the Sprint VRS app icon. Tap Sprint Mobile VRS app icon to install the app.

• Tap the FREE INSTALL button.

• Wait for about one minute until the install is complete, then open the All Apps folder and tap the Sprint VRS app icon.

• Log in using your Sprint 10-digit number. 

  If you do not have a Sprint 10-digit number, tap the link “Click here to get SV4 number.” You will be taken to sprintvrs.com to receive a 10-digit number.

Enter a voice user’s phone number on the top or tap the voice user’s name on the address book to connect.

You don’t need to give the voice user’s phone number to the Video Interpreter.

Register your 10-digit number

• Fill out Personal Information fields.
• Check the “I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions” checkbox.
• Tap/Click Continue.
• Choose a phone number from the list.
• Tap/Click Continue.
• You will receive an email confirmation including your new phone number.
